D&S Hydraulics specializes in mobile and industrial hydraulic service and design, ranging from minor repairs to major reconditioning and design modifications. Your equipment and components are repaired in our 14,500 square foot facility in Bend – not sent out to branch facilities or other vendors.
Testing & Diagnostic
Our equipment allows for the most extensive and accurate diagnosis available. D&S offers a full line of hydraulic service, and is capable of valve and cylinder testing up to 3,800 PSI, hydrostatic pump and motor load efficiency testing up to 6,500 PSI, and static testing up to 10,000 PSI.
D&S has been repairing and modifying domestic and imported equipment, for more than 30 years. The D&S machine shop, welding department and experienced staff are ready to help with all phases of hydraulic design, repair, fabrication and diagnosis.
The D&S Machine shop includes:
-A horizontal boring machine with the capability to work on large buckets and loader arms.
-Three lathes, with metal turning up to 25″ dia. x 120″ long (double chuck w/ 5-1/2″dia. hole through the head stock).
-Two milling machines, 10″ x 52″ with digital read-out.
-A radial arm drill for large diameter drilling and manifold porting.
-A 36″ lapping table to re-surface high pressure hydraulic components and other parts to within .000025″(25 millionths of an inch) flatness.
These are component re-conditioning capabilities not found anywhere else east of the Cascades!
D&S welding capabilities include:
-Stick welding up to 350 amps.
-Wire and dual shield welding.
-Tig welding of aluminum, stainless steel, and exotic metals.
For your convenience, D&S has a full-size service truck for all your field repairs and hydraulic needs.
D&S is certified for Crane, Boomtruck and Manbasket inspections, service and repair.
