Machine Shop

The D&S Machine shop includes:

Three lathes, with metal turning up to 25" dia. x 120" long (double chuck w/ 5-1/2"dia. hole through the head stock).
Two milling machines, 10" x 52" with digital read-out.
A radial arm drill for large diameter drilling and manifold porting.
A 36" lapping table to re-surface high pressure hydraulic components and other parts to within .000025"(25 millionths of an inch) flatness.

These are component re-conditioning capabilities not found anywhere else east of the Cascades!

D&S Hydraulics specializes in mobile and industrial hydraulic service and design, ranging from minor repairs to major reconditioning and design modifications. Your equipment and components are repaired in our 14,500 square foot facility in Bend – not sent out to branch facilities or other vendors.
